Shipping policy

Unfortunately due to the festive period deliveries are taking a little longer than usual to get to you.  Please be patient, we'll make sure they get to you safely. Please contact us at hello@amberdavenport.co.uk with any queries or concerns.

We ship worldwide! All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days unless stated otherwise. Please note that if you'd like your order to be posted with tracked shipping, you need to ensure that this option is selected at checkout before purchasing. Standard delivery does not include tracking. 

Please check the product description for details about when pre-orders will dispatch. Any products ordered at the same time as a pre-order item will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready to dispatch. 

Shipping times are estimated by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. These delivery times are subject to change and delays in your region. Public holidays and adverse weather conditions can also cause delays. Please be aware that if you are ordering from outside of the UK, custom delays may occur.

Estimated delivery times do not include our processing time.
